I have an iPod classic, 120 GB, with 14500 songs loaded, about 60 GB. I noticed that the REMOVE DUPLICATES command is rather slow, so I set it to run overnight. Ten hours later, YamiPod was analyzing song #3711. WTF? As it seems to get slower with each added song (watching the #s go by at 50 vs 3700) it would literally take a week to analyze my whole iPod.

Am I missing something, or is the comparison just that slow?
