iTunes check
I found a strange behavior in this scenario:
A mac, two user logged in, the suspended user has iTunes opened, the other not.
If the current user tries to open YamiPod the program says that iTunes is open even if it is not the instance of that user and quits.

Re: iTunes check
Thanks for reporting this problem. Any how it may be annoying but it's the safest solution to avoid having problems with iPod's music library.

Re: iTunes check
Should be a problem if the iTunes of the current user is open.
But where is the problem if instances of other users are running? They aren't doing anything.

Re: iTunes check
Suppose you've got your iPod plugged and iTunes running for both users. Suppose to change something (add/remove/rename songs) with YamiPod, this *may* cause problems when you switch back to the other user (I don't know exactly how iTunes caches music library). As this is not a common situation I prefer to avoid any inconvenience that could arise.

Re: iTunes check
On the other iTunes can't see the iPod. To see it iTunes have to delete it.
