Playlists

All kind of playlists are supported by YamiPod. Simple playlists, On the go playlists (those created on iPod), and special playlist. The latter are completely supported even if you still cannot change criterias from YamiPod.
- Create playlist:
Choose Playlist->New from menubar or press the + button on the top right of main window. - Add songs to playlist:
Choose Song->Add To Playlist... from menubar or drag & drop to current selected playlist listbox. You can also drag & drop albums or artist. - Change playlist order:
To change playlist songs order, drag & drop rows in the current playlist listbox. - Create playlist from album or artist name:
You can create a playlist named as an artist or an album choosing Artist->Create Playlist or Album->Create Playlist. This will add respectly, a playlist containing all songs from an artist and one containt all songs in an album. - Import a playlist:
Choose Playlist->Import... from menubar, you'll be able to import pls and m3u playlist.
You'll be asked if you want to import just one playlist (One) or all playlists found in a folder (Multiple).
As a result a new playlist will be created and all necessary songs not found on iPod will be added (no duplication will occurr). - Sort a playlist:
You can sort playlist choosing various criterias by just choosing Playlist->Sort... in menubar. - View Songs:
In the playlist listbox only title of songs is shown, this will show playlists songs in the songs listbox, allowing you to see other song information as well.
Tip
do you want to know to which playlist/s a song belongs? Hold ALT key while selecting the desired song.

is your iPod full of playlist and you want to browse them faster?
Holding SHIFT key while clicking on any playlist popupmenu you find in YamiPod will let you select, in a new window, the desidered playlist. In this window items in italics are special playlists.
