You'll need to delete YamiPod's preference folder.

Windows

On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options
Click the View tab
Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders

Open your iPod in Windows Explorer
Open iPod_Control folder
Trash yamipod folder

Apple

Open your iPod in finder
Press APPLEKEY+SHIFT+G, in the popup window type iPod_Control
Trash yamipod folder

Linux

Delete yamipod folder under iPod_Control in your iPod
