Can I use my mac formatted iPod under Windows?

Yes you can, however you'll need an additional software. I never tested it but a working one should be MacDrive by Mediafour (this site isn't affiliated in any way to this company).
Once installed your iPod should be recognized as a removable disk and you'll be able to use YamiPod normally.
There may be other similar softwares available.
Development of an application takes time (a lot!) and money (hosting, equipment, software licenses...). For those of you who can, I ask that you make a monetary contribution in whatever denomination you'd like.
